KIK enquiries are received and answered by the Green Space Kitano contact team. We only ask for the information we genuinely need to reply.

When you send an enquiry through this site, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, an optional phone number, your child's age, your preferred language, the type of enquiry, and any message you choose to write.

How enquiries are handled
When you press "Send enquiry", the form opens the Green Space Kitano contact page in a new tab so you can send your details there. Once received, your enquiry is handled by the Green Space Kitano contact team, who reply to KIK enquiries on our behalf.
If you contact us by email, phone, or LINE instead, those messages are handled by the same team.
Who can see it
Access is limited to Green Space Kitano and KIK staff who need it to respond to you. We do not share your enquiry with third parties for their own marketing.
Our website is hosted by third-party infrastructure providers, and the Green Space Kitano contact page uses its own website provider. These providers may process technical information (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering the service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we reasonably need them to reply to you and to keep a short record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
